Frequently asked questions

How do I restore a purchase? Open the app → Profile → Answered Plus → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Answered → Cancel. You'll keep Plus until the end of the current period.

Is my prayer data private? Yes. Your prayers are private by default and are never shared unless you choose to post them to a group. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each account can only access its own data. See our Privacy Policy.

What does Answered Plus include? Unlimited AI prayer enhancement & verse suggestions, the ability to create unlimited prayer circles (family, church, organization), and deeper reflection features. The free version always lets you write and track prayers.

How do I delete my account or data? To delete your entire account and all of its data, open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This is permanent and removes your prayers, profile, and any groups you created. You can also just clear your prayers in Profile → Settings → Clear All Prayers. Need help? Email [email protected].

The AI features aren't working. AI requires an internet connection. If you've reached the free weekly limit, you can upgrade to Answered Plus for unlimited use, or wait for the weekly reset.
